About The Series
Underworld introduces Selene, an elite vampire-warrior who defies her orders, and Michael Corvin (Scott Speedman), a human who gets caught up in the war.
Underworld: Evolution follows Selene and Michael as they are hunted by their enemies.
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans is a prequel chronicling the origins of the war between the vampires and the werewolves (here called Lycans).
Underworld: Awakening, following the events of Underworld: Evolution, finds that humans have discovered the existence of vampires and Lycans--and are trying to eradicate both species.
Underworld: Blood Wars sees the remaining vampire covens on the verge of annihilation by the Lycans. Both species are searching for Selene: the vampires seek justice for the death of Viktor, while the Lycans, led by Marius, intend to use her to locate Eve, whose blood holds the key to building an army of vampire-werewolf hybrids.
Underworld: Endless War is an animated anthology with three short stories, each showing different periods of history to highlight events within the Underworld mythology.
Underworld: The Eternal War is a third-person shooter video game revolving around the eternal war between the vampires and lycans. Players can choose which side they team with, as well as from an assortment of characters, including the vampire Selene, the lycan Raze, or other vampires, lycans, or the hybrid.
UNDERWORLD BOOKS AND COMICS
There were novelizations of Underworld and Underworld: Evolution, plus an original novel written by Greg Cox, Underworld: Blood Enemy. Written before Evolution, it depicts an alternate origin to the war.
There were several Underworld comics, including Underworld: Red in Tooth and Claw, and an adaptation of Rise of the Lycans written by Kevin Grevioux.
