A Cosmic Christmas was a 1977 animated TV Christmas special revolving around three aliens from an unknown planet visiting Earth to learn the purpose of the Star of Bethlehem. They visit the town, watch all the holiday season festivities, witness the traditions of the locals—and help rescue a child who risks drowning. (It’s actually pretty dramatic.)
The special is also full of music, including a nostalgic song I like a lot. Watch the whole special below…
